One of the most challenging and difficult tasks in this business is POSTING payments.
It is challenging, yet absolutely imperative that you request and receive every last EOB that comes into a practice that you bill for.
Without the EOB's, claims seem to linger, and YOU CANNOT BILL YOUR CLIENTS.
What is the most encouraging way to ensure that you get those EOB's?
You may need to consider a fee if you don't receive them and if you THEN are required to spend time on the phones CHASING info regarding your clients payments...something to think about.
